Soft Boundaries: Art4Women at Lake Como Design Festival

Art4Women presents Soft Boundaries. Borders as Zones of Contact, a project born from the encounter between ReWeave’s sustainable design and Laura GuildA’s artistic practice.

Villa Saporiti, Como – Lake Como Design Festival

12–20 September 2026 | 10:00 am–7:00 pm

For the eighth edition of Lake Como Design Festival, Art4Women presents Soft Boundaries. Borders as Zones of Contact, a project bringing together contemporary art, design and sustainability. Developed in collaboration with Los Angeles-based brand ReWeave and featuring an artistic intervention by textile artist Laura GuildA, the project transforms a design object into an artistic and symbolic surface, where stitching becomes a gesture of connection and the boundary shifts from a dividing line into a space for encounter and exchange. The project will be exhibited as part of the Contemporary Design Selection, curated by Giovanna Massoni, at the historic Villa Saporiti in Como.
