TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ART4WOMEN S.R.L.

This document governs the contractual relationship between Art4Women S.r.l. and users making purchases on www.art4women.com, in compliance with Legislative Decree 70/2003 (e-commerce) and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
1. Object
These terms regulate the sale of artworks and artistic products through the Art4Women S.r.l. website.
2. Contracting parties
Seller: Art4Women S.r.l., Via Giovanni Durando, 38 – 20158 Milan (MI)
Customer: the consumer or professional making a purchase on the website
3. Prices and payments
All prices are quoted in Euros, VAT included. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other methods indicated on the website.
The sale is considered finalized at the moment of order confirmation.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipments are made within Italy and internationally using trusted couriers and are prepared by the artist responsible for the artwork.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on origin, destination, and product type. Indicatively:
- Italy: 3–7 business days
- European Union: 5–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are included in the price indicated for each item. Art4Women reserves the right to contact the buyer with a specific quote for remote locations and/or oversized or fragile artworks. Art4Women is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days from delivery by sending written notice to info@art4women.com
The product must be returned intact, unused, and with all official documentation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless defects or errors are attributable to Art4Women. Upon receipt and verification, Art4Women will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the package.
6. Guarantees
Artworks sold on the website are guaranteed as original and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist or an authorized entity. The Seller guarantees that the works conform to the descriptions provided in the product listings.
Minor variations in color, texture, or proportions due to digital display do not constitute a defect. No guarantee is provided regarding future economic value or appreciation of the artwork.
Once delivered in good condition, the buyer is responsible for proper preservation; damages caused by light, humidity, impacts, improper handling, or normal wear are not covered. For works by third-party artists, the direct seller is the artist, who is solely responsible for authenticity, provenance, and compliance.
The company managing the website provides only an intermediary service and assumes no further liability.
7. Liability
Art4Women is not liable for indirect damages or delays due to force majeure.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
