Marika Laganà uses the fluid painting technique to explore movement, bringing her canvases to life through plays on depth and fluidity that release pure energy and symbolism.

Following in the footsteps of her painter father, Marika Laganà began painting in Matteo Laganà‘s studio, studying the style and techniques of her father’s oil painting, before moving towards more daring and abstract experiments, finding her creative identity in the expressiveness of fluid painting.

Using epoxy resin and acrylic paints, the painter creates chromatic paths that, through movements on the canvas, build a connection between the artistic creation, the environment that surrounds it and the soul of its creator.

The artist exhibited for many years in her family’s studio on the Naviglio Grande in Milan, a place that helped shape and consolidate her creative identity. Thanks to her ongoing stylistic research and the innovation of her work, she was included in the Catalog of Contemporary Art in 2023 and again in 2025, confirming the recognition of her work.
