Magic Glass (2024) is a unique work by street artist la Pupazza, created with acrylic and spray paint on paper. The subject features some recurring figures in the painter’s production, such as the diamond, the cactus, the glass and, above all, the female profile, which come together in a surreal intertwining of shapes and colors. The flowing liquid symbolizes the intensity of artistic creation and transformative energy, while the play of bright colors – yellow, green, and blue – takes the viewer into a parallel dimension, where reality and fantasy blend. La Pupazza, known for her ability to blend street art aesthetics with universal content, uses the contrast between the shaded background in shades of purple and pink and the bright subjects to accentuate the dynamism of the image and invite the viewer to reflect on the meaning of transformation.
