Description
A vortex of green, blue, and white spirals toward the center. EMPAT creates the second work in the Sin Censura series, where the pictorial gesture becomes a liberation from censorship and restrictions imposed on the body.
The circular format guides the eye in a rotating motion: from the dark green exterior through shades of blue, light blue, and white to the yellow-green core at the center. The circular brushstrokes are applied with expressive urgency, overlapping and blending instinctively. The textured texture preserves the physicality of the gesture, emphasizing the corporeal presence of the pictorial action.
Cool and warm colors alternate —forest green, deep blue, bright white, touches of yellow and orange—creating chromatic tension. The circular, open, concentric shape evokes organic references without the need for figurative representation.
Uncensored #2 continues the investigation into the digital censorship of the female body. Gestural abstraction becomes a literal outlet: a free expression of what is normally hidden or controlled. The intimate format invites us to get closer, to look unfiltered at what algorithms pixelate. Color restores dignity through pictorial resistance to external restrictions. Art as a political act of liberation.
